30 DAY FREE RETURNS UNITED KINGDOM 

1) Email roaver@roavgalaxy.com if you wish to return / exchange your product explaining the reasons why. 

2) If approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on your returns package. For exchange requests we will advise when your exchange sunglasses will arrive.

3) Post the product back to us. The item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

Please Note - Add a small note into the package when shipping in it back to us stating if it is a refund or exchange so our fulfilment personnel can action correctly.

4) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund or Exchange.

Please Note - All refunds/reimbursements can take anywhere between 5 to 7 days to reflect in the customers bank statement. and applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, the correct pair will be shipped out to the address that the earlier order was shipped to or if advised otherwise

30 DAY REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS

1) Email roaver@roavgalaxy.com if you wish to return / exchange your product explaining the reasons why.

2) For return shipments outside of United Kingdom, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and also for the cost of the shipping.

3) Post the product back to us. The item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

4) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund or Exchange.

RETURNING AFTER 30 DAYS

Each product is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued after 30 days if the product is technically faulty. 

After 30 days, you will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee (PER PAIR) that's being returned.
